The Buoys Holiday Accommodation

The Buoys has been luxuriously furnished to a high standard and provides a decadent setting for your stay.

The living accommodation in the main house is arranged over two floors and comprises lounge, dining room, kitchen, conservatory, two en-suite double bedrooms and two single bedrooms, capable of sleeping 6 guests comfortably.

Sunsets Included...
Our elegant lounge features a large bay window with expansive views across the beach and estuary with views of Conwy Mountain and The Great Orme in Llandudno - sunsets included ! Two luxury 3 seater chesterfield sofas ensure your comfort whilst for your entertainment there is a 40" flatscreen Panasonic TV, Sony DVD player, BOSE sound dock IPOD system and free wireless internet connectivity. Sky+ is also provided with subscription to the music, entertainment and childrens channels.

Decadent Dining...
The dining room benefits from the same great views as the lounge and features a 6 person dining table, 6ft wall hung mirror, chandeliers, two armchairs in the bay window, bookcase with a selection of books, games and a Sony sound system with CD collection.

Our kitchen is located directly off the dining room and is fully equipped with DeLonghi toaster and kettle, Panasonic microwave oven, fridge, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, crockery and cooking utensils. Our utility room provides a washing machine, dryer and freezer.

1950's Retro Fun...
The conservatory is a fun and relaxed area which has been furnished in a 1950's retro style and provides an additional dining area with great views across the estuary.

The Beach Hut...
The 'Beach Hut' is our en-suite annexe to the rear of the main house and can accommodate a further two guests if used as sleeping accommodation or can provide an additional lounge room.

Outside Space...
To the front of the property is a small terrace, perfect for dining whilst watching the sun set over the estuary.

There is a small courtyard to the rear which provides access to the Beach Hut and Utility Room.

Car Parking...
Private, secure, off road parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on the driveway whilst access to the garage can be provided if required. To the outside, secure, off road parking is available for 3 cars.
