All prices are for 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday) and include free off street car parking, welcome pack on arrival, Sky+ TV, unlimited WiFi internet access, all bed linen and towels, all heating and lighting and cleaning of the property on your departure. 

(10% discount available for all bookings of 1-2 people utilising only 1 bedroom, except during July & August)

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR 2012 - Limited Availability

Celebrate Christmas & New Year in style with a 7 night stay - £1,200 (Use of Beach Hut - £200 surcharge). Short breaks between Fri 21st Dec and Tue 1st Jan - £200 per night - (minimum 3 night stay)

Please note a surcharge of £100 is payable during the Easter period for weeks including April 6/7 & 7/8/9 2012.  A surcharge of £50 is payable for weeks including a bank holiday weekend.

In order to secure your reservation, we require a deposit of 25% of the total cost, with the balance payable in full no later than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.

• Check in time is 2pm with check out on your day of departure by 10am.
